ServSafe® Manager Certification Exam & Instructor-Led Remote Course (One Day Session). This is an Instructor-Led Virtual Course broadcast by a private Livestream broadcast during a regular scheduled on-site Instructor-Led Course. The Instructor-Led Remote Course is based on the FDA Food Code and taught in the format of the inspection report to allow participants to understand what the local regulator is reviewing in their operation. Upon completion of the Instructor-Led Virtual Course, the participant can schedule an exam with one of HRBUniversal’s ServSafe® Registered Proctors (Schedule Exam), Remote Online Proctoring with Proctor U (View Procedures), or take the exam at a Pearson Vue Test Center (Schedule Exam).

- As stated in the 2017 FDA Food Code – Section 2-102.12: The Person In Charge (PIC) shall be the Certified Food Protection Manager.
