ServSafe®Food Safety Online Training  – Convenient and easy to use for new and experienced managers or staff who need food safety training to prepare for certification, recertification, or refresh their knowledge. The bilingual feature allows learners to switch languages (English/Spanish) at any time during the course.

The time needed for individuals to complete the training depends on their experience with computers and food safety knowledge.  Certification Exam not included.

ServSafe Food Safety Online Course – UK – Convenient and easy to use for staff who need food safety training to prepare for the ServSafe International Exam, or to refresh their knowledge in food safety. This online course provides level 3 training and a Certificate of Achievement in supervising food safety for catering and includes the latest regulations and food safety knowledge for the United Kingdom.

The time needed for individuals to complete the training depends on their experience with computers and food safety knowledge but typically will take between 7-10 hours.  The ServSafe International Exam is not included in the price of the online course.

ServSafe Food Safety Online Course – English (International version) – This online course is developed for use in English speaking countries outside the United States (excluding the United Kingdom and Ireland: For the United Kingdom and Ireland use the “ServSafe Food Safety Online Course – UK” SSMCT5UK ) and is based on European Union food safety requirements for restaurants, and recognized best practices in food safety. The course also includes documents that explain country-specific food safety requirements.

This online course is convenient and easy to use for new and experienced restaurant supervisors, managers, or staff, who need food safety training. An online exam is included in this course. Once the course has been completed and the exam has been passed users can save and print a certificate to demonstrate knowledge of food safety.

The time needed for individuals to complete the training depends on their experience with computers and food safety knowledge but typically takes between four and a half hours and six hours.
