Food Manager


Because foodborne illness and outbreaks can occur so easily, food manager training & certification is required by law in many states. That means that PIC (Person In Charge) may not handle food without valid proof of training or certification. In addition, many states require the PIC (Person In Charge) to keep their food manager cards current by renewing them at legally defined intervals.
