To submit a HELP TICKET you must log in. A username and password were emailed to you to the contact person at the time of the registration. LOG IN or RESET or use our passwordless system to LOG IN. If registration was made through Eventbrite.com you will need to create a user account to submit a HELP TICKET – CREATE USER ACCOUNT
Your Course Access Key is available on Course Management under My Courses. You will see your Course Access Key under the course name. You can also click the Details button for the respective course to see the Course Access Key and all additional information related to your course. If you have not started your course: If you purchased the course for yourself, your Course Access Key is available on Course Management under My Courses. You will see your Course Access Key under the course name. If you were assigned a course by email, your Course Access Key will be sent to the email address that the Administrator used to assign you the course. If you were assigned a course by your ServSafe User ID, your Course Access Key will be sent to the email that is tied to your ServSafe User ID. If someone gave you a Course Access Key to take the course and you did not receive it in an email, you will need to contact the person who gave you the Course Access Key.
