To submit a HELP TICKET you must log in. A username and password were emailed to you to the contact person at the time of the registration. LOG IN or RESET or use our passwordless system to LOG IN. If registration was made through Eventbrite.com you will need to create a user account to submit a HELP TICKET – CREATE USER ACCOUNT
Proof of training must be available in the facility upon request by a state or local health department inspector. The ServSafe Food Handler Certificate issued after completion of the training and assessment meets this requirement.
