To submit a HELP TICKET you must log in. A username and password were emailed to you to the contact person at the time of the registration. LOG IN or RESET or use our passwordless system to LOG IN. If registration was made through Eventbrite.com you will need to create a user account to submit a HELP TICKET – CREATE USER ACCOUNT
FAQ Detail
A student who is taking the course will receive two separate email alerts before the course expires. The first notice will be sent 10 days prior to expiration. The second and final notice will be issued 2 days prior to expiration. An administrator who is assigning courses will receive an email alert 45 days before courses expire. The alert will address unassigned courses, assigned courses, and unused Course Access Keys that are about to expire.
