To submit a HELP TICKET you must log in. A username and password were emailed to you to the contact person at the time of the registration. LOG IN or RESET or use our passwordless system to LOG IN. If registration was made through Eventbrite.com you will need to create a user account to submit a HELP TICKET – CREATE USER ACCOUNT
We had several inquiries this past week for your class/exam session and left registration open for those inquiries and no one registered so your class has been rescheduled due to low registration.
As stated on the Course & Exam Details page of your training/exam registration. “Classroom training and/or exam sessions up to 6 people for are subject to be rescheduled if the minimum registration is not met” as outlined in the rescheduling policy in the Course & Exam Details.
We will be moving your registration to the next classroom training sessions and/or exam session in the area that will meet registration minimum within a 60-mile radius the original class location (06/01/2017 Charleston, SC). This is automatic and you do not have to do anything. If you would like a new confirmation email sent to you please visit the HELP CENTER and submit a support ticket.
If you would like to attend another classroom training sessions and/or exam session you can choose any classroom training sessions and/or exam session listed at https://hrbuni.com/servsafe
Please keep in mind registration closes 7 business days before the class date at 9:00 AM CST and your new requested classroom training and/or exam session are subject to be rescheduled if the minimum registrations are not met.
