We had several inquiries this past week for your course/exam session and left registration open for those inquiries. At the time of this email, no one has registered so your class has been rescheduled due to low registration.
As stated on the Course & Exam Details that you have read and agreed to by typing your name and allowing HRBUniversal to record your IP Address as digital signature “All Course and/or Exam Sessions up to 6 people for are subject to be rescheduled if the minimum registration is not met.” as outlined in the rescheduling policy in the Course & Exam Details.
Please keep in mind the class was NOT CANCELED but rescheduled. If HRBUniversal does not hold the session within 60-Days within a 60-mile radius of the original location a full refund will be issued.
We will be moving your registration to the next Course & Exam session in the area that will meet registration minimum within a 60-mile radius the original location. You have been rescheduled to 12/23/2018 Tucker, GA. This is automatic and you do not have to do anything. If you would like a new confirmation email sent to you please visit the HELP CENTER and submit a support ticket.
If you would like to attend a different Course and/or Exam Session you can choose any classroom training sessions and/or exam session listed at https://www.eventbrite.com/d/ga–tucker/servsafe/?page=1
If you can not wait or a date does not match your schedule you may request to complete online training and take the NRFSP Food Manager Certification Exam at a local Pearson Vue Testing Center. Please be aware that the cost for this option may be more than your original registration and you will be charged the difference.
Please visit the HELP CENTER and submit a support ticket to change your registration date or change to online training & testing center option.
Please keep in mind registration closes 7 business days before the session date at 9:00 AM CST and your new requested course and/or exam session are subject to be rescheduled if the minimum registrations are not met.
