We had several inquiries this past week for your class/exam session and left registration open for those inquiries and no one registered so your class has been rescheduled due to low registration.
As stated on the Training & Exam Details page of your training/exam registration. “Classroom training and/or exam sessions up to 6 people for are subject to be rescheduled if the minimum registration is not met” as outlined in the rescheduling policy in the Training & Exam Details.
Being that we have not been able to hold a class in your area within a 60 day time period & within 60 miles of the original class location will be crediting back to the contact person class registration fee on 05/30/2018 unless you request another class date & city – https://hrbuni.com/request-r
All credits are applied at the end of the business date of the class registration and may take 20 – 30 calendar days before it will be applied on your credit card statement.
If you would like to attend another classroom training sessions and/or exam session you can choose any classroom training sessions and/or exam session listed at https://hrbuni.com/servsafe
If you can not wait for the next class or do not want a credit back for your payment you may request to complete online training and take the NRFSP Food Manager Certification Exam at a local Pearson Vue Testing Center. Please be aware that the cost for this option may be more than your original registration and you will be charged the difference.
Please visit the HELP CENTER and submit a support ticket to change your registration date or change to online training & testing center option.
Please keep in mind registration closes 7 business days before the class date at 9:00 AM CST and your new requested classroom training and/or exam session are subject to be rescheduled if the minimum registrations are not met.
