Online Store Details & Policies

• HRBAudit/HRB Training Center – HRBUniversal/HRBAudit secures a local venue to provide training.  The local venue will be secured once HRBUniversal/HRBAudit receives class minimum registration.  Until that time no venue location or address will be posted and is subject to change due to the class size.  Please check HRBAudit.com three (3) days prior to class for final venue location and you will receive an email will all final class details or class rescheduling 3 days prior to class date.
• Training Class Size – Most classes require a minimum of 8 people (Food Safety Classes) or 15 people (Alcohol Training Classes) unless otherwise specified in on event page.
• Class Prep – HRBUniversal/HRBAudit has prepared an online study guide to prepare for the  Food Safety  Managers Certification Class. Access will be given with in two (2) business days of registrating for the class.  The online access is online valid for the month of the class.
• Rescheduling/Cancelation – HRBUniversal/HRBAudit does not reschedule or cancel classes until three days (3) prior to the training class.  HRBUniversal/HRBAudit reserves the right to reschedule/cancel any class due to class size, sickness, inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. HRBUniversal/HRBAudit  reserves the right to combine class in order to meet class minnimums with in a 60 mile radius of the class that the person has registed for. Please check HRBTraining.com three (3) days prior to class to see if the class has been rescheduled, canceled or closed.  The class will be listed on HRBTraining.com as “CLASS CLOSED”.  All people attending the training class.  If the class has be rescheduled/cancelled your registration will be moved to the next class in your area in 90 days. If the attendant does not show up for the class or reschedule for a later class they may attend the next class in the area at no extra cost.  After that time they can attend the class in their area up to 6 months from the original class date at a $75 rescheduling fee.  No refunds/credits will be given for missed or re-scheduled classes.
• Product Shipping – If you would like your book(s) shipped please let us know and we will configure the shipping for you via UPS from the NRAEF Office in Chicago.  There will be an extra cost for shipping.  Once shipping has been paid orders will be placed.  Once book(s) are shipped they are the property of the attendant and if refund/credit is issued the price of the book, sales tax and shipping will be deducted from the class price.
• Credit Card Processing – We process all online credit card payment via PayPal and do not store or process any credit card information on our server or offices.  If your credit card is processed manually via Square and all credit card information is destroyed.
• Check Processing – We prefer to process everything by credit card but if you are not able to order/register by credit card we are glad to email you an invoice to complete your order.  Your order will not be processed until the check is deposited.
• Refunds – All orders are final unless we cannot deliver the product or class to you in a 90-day period from the original class date.  All refunds will be processed on the 20^th of the month.  If you have requested any training materials shipped to you the retail cost, tax and shipping will be deducted from your class price and the balance will be refunded.  All materials shipped are property of the person attending the class once they are shipped.
• Failure of Proctored Test – HRBUniversal/HRBAudit does not guarantee any passage or particular score on any proctored test for any person(s).  If failure of  proctored test does happen the individual can re-take the test at cost in the next class in there area.  IF failure happens more than twice the individual must re-take the course for full price.  If  failure is more than three or more time the individual must wait six months before re-taking the proctored test.
• Proctored Re-Test – Effective September 1, 2010 HRBUniversal/HRBAudit does not re-test any one who does not meet minimum score for any certification class at no cost.  The re-test price is the retail cost of the answer sheet plus sales tax per person at the next class in your area.  Any one who did not meet minimum score for any certification class prior to September 1, 2010 a no cost retest will be given until December 31, 2010.  All proctored re-test will be given at cost of the answer sheet/book (Food Safety – $40 / Alcohol Safety – $25).
• Proctored Test – All classes that require certification requires a certified proctored and the cost will be $75 per person at the next class in your area or $100.00 per person for One On One proctored testing.  No test will be given with out a proctor.  All proctors must meet all standards of the certifying agency/company/group.
• Personal Information – HRBUniversal/HRBAudit does not sell or post the any personal information of any person(s) that it has in it’s database.  Any communication withHRBUniversal/HRBAudit – email, telephone, web request, and  internet search (public information) will be added to database. HRBUniversal/HRBAudit reserves the right to use this information to solicit business for services until a request is made via email, US Mail, or telephone.
• Mediation – All issues related to services and products of HRBUniversal/HRBAudit will be mediated by a third party if a resolution has not been reached with a six (6) month time period between HRBUniversal/HRBAudit and the person(s) who made purchases or paid for services.  The person(s) at fault will pay all mediation fees.  All person(s) and HRBUniversal/HRBAudit agree to mediation and no legal action can be taken.

HRBUniversal/HRBAudit reserves the right at any time to update Online Store Details at any time with out notifying any person or person(s).
