SURE™ Food Safety Manager Training & Exam 

The person-in-charge of a food service or retail establishment must know how and what food safety practices to monitor. Proper food safety training can lead to improved food safety, brand protection, and customer satisfaction. The SURE Food Safety Manager Manual is written to provide the person-in-charge of a food service or retail establishment the knowledge and skills that they will need to keep food safe. Learning and applying food safety practices protects customers and businesses.

The SURE™ Food Safety Training course is a 8 hour interactive lecture based program that will prepare your managers (Person-In- Charge) meet and/or exceed your brand standards as well as the local regulatory requirements. Upon completing the training course the National Registry of Food Service Professional (NRFSP) Food Manager ANSI/CFP exam is administered.

National Registry of Food Service Professional (NRFSP)  uses recognized exam development practices to design certification exams that exceed industry expectations for clarity and accuracy. Using exam Standards developed by the Conference for Food Protection, National Registry’s exam program is accredited by the American National Standards Institute and accepted throughout the United States.

Utilizing this manual, together with the training aids, ensures that employees and management will understand their roles in providing safe food.

The SURE™ Food Safety Train-the-Trainer Workshops is a 8 hour interactive lecture & exam based overview of the SURE™ Food Safety Employee & Managers Program that will prepare you to train your team and implement a food safety program in house to protect your brand. Before attending the Train-the-Trainer Workshop you must have taken an ANSI/CFP Food Protection Manager approved exam with a score of 90% or above and the certificate must not be expired.  Please bring with you to the Train-the-Trainer Workshop.
