Chef Brad is the President & CEO of HRBUniversal and the director of all divisions. He oversee’s the day to day operation along with personally conducting 8-10 training sessions a month through out the South East United States. Chef Brad is an industry veteran for over 29 years bring real life experience to each division. Chef Brad is a Certified Master Trainer and is one of the only trainers in the United States that is approved to administer and teach all of the ANSI/CFP approved food safety programs as well as conduct train-the-trainer course in each. Chef Brad is an active member of the Conference of Food Protection and sits on many national & state association boards.

Maleah is responsible for the daily operations of the Birmingham, Alabama Office. The Birmingham, Alabama office is located inside the Your Office USA building in which Maleah has been the owner/operator of YourOffice-Birmingham since it opened in 2001. She is responsible for the daily operations of the center, sales and marketing and provides support in all areas of the business. It is her goal for YourOffice – Birmingham to be instrumental in the success of each client by adding value and going beyond expected levels of service. Maleah began her career with a Big Eight accounting firm and has more than 30 years experience in financial management and consulting and is a CPA.

Jann is one of HRBUniversal’s lead ServSafe Instructor/Proctors. When not training for HRBUniversal she spends here time operating her own company “Just Call Jann”, a special event company. Jann Robinson has been regarded as a “natural” in today’s modern food culture. In the Food Service business since the early 90′s, Jann has catered to President George W. Bush’s Press Corps, the likes of Beyonce Knowles, The Winans, Michael McDonald, and several other up and coming acting and musical artists.

Lisa brings to HRBUniversal a broad knowledge of food. During her college years she worked in the hospitality & food service industry in a variety of roles. Upon completing Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University she joined the House of Raeford as a food safety coordinator and corporate training specialist. Lisa the lead ServSafe® & NEHA Instructors in the state of Georgia and in is developing an HACCP & SQF program for HRBUniversal.

Pam is responsible for all daily operations of the business center, including providing support to all Clients for internet connectivity, telephone programming, administrative support, conference/meeting room assistance and catering, while at the same time ensuring rapid response and high satisfaction levels. Pam’s extensive background in administrative coordination includes an Executive Assistant position at a publicly traded Fortune 500 company where she coordinated domestic and international travel, annual meetings and other group events.

Sandra works with residents of YourOffice and virtual clients needing bookkeeping and other services. Sandra’s varied background, including budgeting and bookkeeping, marketing support, event planning and coordination and fund raising, suits the diverse needs of YourOffice clients perfectly. She has also lived Europe and the Middle East and brings an international outlook to our office.

Kim serves primarily as receptionist as well as all other client service facets including scheduling meeting rooms, handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages and administrative projects. She greets visitors, answers incoming calls and performs administrative work for clients, simultaneously, making it all look effortless. Kim brings 24 years of customer service to her position.
